Common questions
Do you do gas safety, electrical or plumbing checks?
No. Gas safety certificates, electrical checks and plumbing need certified engineers, and I will not pretend otherwise. I can coordinate certified trades, and then handle the decorating and carpentry around them.
What do you charge landlords and agents?
For regular work I agree the rate with you directly, often as a fixed price per job. Get in touch and we will talk it through.
